Pump Jacks
How to use T-Brace with Pump Jacks
When setting T-Brace up, gather lumber to be used - example: 2x10x16 and 2x6x16.
Position Pump Jack posts approximately 14 feet apart. Place 2x10 on Pump Jacks,
with one foot of board extending beyond each end of support system.
See Figure 1.
Figure 1
Slide one T-Brace onto 2x10 and position in center of board with vertical brace facing
upward. Slide a second and third T-Brace onto each end of lumber with vertical braces
facing upward.
See Figure 2.
Figure 2
Flip over entire assembly, inserting T-Braces on either end in center of Pump Jacks
See Figure 3.
Figure 3
Pull the pins of two of the T-Braces - one on an end and one in the center. Insert
2x6 into bottom of remaining T-Brace containing pin and raise 2x6 into two T-Braces.
See Figure 4.
Figure 4
Insert pins into two T-Braces, beneath the 2x6, and secure lock.
See Figure 5.
Figure 5
Place nails or screws into the nail holes provided on T-Brace to secure boards. The
